  • To ensure you choose the right size, please refer to the specific sizing details on the product page of the item you're interested in.

  • We're sorry to hear that the item you're interested in is out of stock. We occasionally restock certain styles and sizes, so we recommend subscribing to notifications on the product page to get updates when the item is available again.

  • Each Garson item comes with a care label. We advise you to follow these instructions carefully.

Orders & delivery

  • Order confirmation emails can take up to two hours to arrive. Please check your spam or junk folder as well. If you haven't received the confirmation after two hours and the payment has been processed, please contact us at contact@garsonco.com

  • We apologize for any delay with your delivery. Please check the tracking link sent to your email for updates. If the delivery address is correct and the estimated delivery time hasn't changed, check for any notes from the shipping company in your email. If there's still an issue, contact us email at contact@garsonco.com, and we will assist you.

  • If you realize you've made an error with your shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@garsonco.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct the address. However, if your order has already been shipped, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to see if they can reroute the package. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will notify you and arrange to reship the order to the correct address.

  • If you realize you've made an error with your shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@garsonco.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct the address.

  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive another email with tracking information. Use this information to track your order until it arrives.

  • Depending on the size and number of items, your order will be shipped in a polybag or a box.

Returns

  • Our returns policy allows you to return items within 14 days of receiving your order. To learn more about the details and conditions of our returns process, please visit our Returns Policy page.

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method you used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear in your account. If you have any questions or concerns about your refund, please contact us at contact@garsonco.com

  • Returning an item is free of charge; however, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return. Once we receive your return, we will process it promptly.

  • We’re sorry to hear that your item arrived damaged. Please contact us immediately at contact@garsonco.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will assist you with a return or exchange. We aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible to ensure your satisfaction.

Payment

  • You can pay for your order using the following methods:

    • PayPal
    • iDeal
    • Bank contact/Mister Cash
    • Visa Credit Card
    • MasterCard Credit Card
  • If you see a 'Payment failed' notification, try clearing your cookies and cache, using a different browser, or selecting another payment method. If the issue persists, please contact us. Orders using a credit card not linked to your shipping address may be canceled for fraud prevention. If your payment was deducted but the order failed, contact us immediately with a screenshot of the payment, and we will assist you.

  • Your invoice is included in the order confirmation email and can also be found in your Garson account. If you cannot locate your invoice, contact us, and we'll send you a new copy.

  • For returns where a refund is requested, we will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the return. Refunds will be issued to the bank account or credit card used for the original purchase. If you used a gift card for part of the purchase, that amount will be refunded to the gift card.
