Returns
Our Returns Policy at Garson ensures that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. You may return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery, provided that they are in their original condition, unworn and with all original tags and packaging intact. As a customer, you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.

We strongly recommend that you return products in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection during transit. Additionally, we advise that returned goods be sent via insured, traceable delivery for your protection.

Returning an item is free of charge; however, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return. Once we receive your return, we will process it promptly.

 

Refunds

All returns that are shipped back within the 14-day time period will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please note that if we receive a written notice and proof of a return to Garson within 14 days upon arrival, we will issue a refund no later than day 14. However, if we have not received a written proof of a return, we allow 30 days to issue a refund.

For international orders that qualify for free shipping, customers will be refunded the full amount minus shipping costs. We do not take responsibility for any duties and taxes that may be incurred on orders outside of the EU.
